Fitness and nutrition has always been a big part of my life from my early teens on. In fact, I earned two degrees in exercise physiology, a certification in macro nutrition coaching and lived the lifestyle for years! I stayed lean and toned doing what I love - working out and eating healthy. I, honestly, didn’t give menopause a second thought going in because I was so “healthy”. Imagine my surprise when I turned 50 and gained 15 lbs, started having aches and pains all over, my sleep suffered, my stress was through the roof and I had no energy! All of that fueled my search for answers and my desire to help other women tackle this transition from their reproductive years through menopause. I have been blessed to have worked with hundreds of women since starting my coaching business in 2021. There are so many things I wish I had known and understood that I am now passionate about teaching other women. It is possible to lose unwanted menopausal weight gain, have more energy, sleep better and enjoy long lasting health!
